I actually prefer using ink and watercolor (or gouache) because I love doing it all by hand. But because of time restraints, I usually end up doing it digitally.
For digital work, I use Adobe Photoshop CS3-CS5…Any of them, really. I’ve even used Adobe 7 before, but that was the worst ever. I use a Wacom tablet (Bamboo or Intuos) and I usually just use the basic brushes.
Even though I prefer Adobe, I’ve also tried Sketchbook Pro, and I really like it.
To be an author? Just…a constant stream of story-lines running through your head? You get an idea, drop everything and just write it all out?
I feel like a slave to this graphic novel, and not in a bad way. I feel like it’s…separate from me, like its own entity. Just waiting for me to keep discovering more about it.
The best thing about writing my own, is that I can illustrate every bit of it exactly how I want.

ohheythanks.
